Referring To ACE

Referring your patients to ACE benefits everyone.

Your Referrals Support ACE's Mission

ACE is blessed with a strong referral base from physicians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists throughout Kern County. We feel that it is the highest compliment to be entrusted with the care of another provider’s patient. Whether they need optometric or ophthalmic services you do not provide, he or she doesn’t have the right insurance, or your patient finds themselves in a particularly challenging situation, ACE is committed to treating them with the same quality of care and respect that keeps them coming back to your office.

While a physician referral is not necessary for a patient to make an appointment at ACE, we are always happy to work with your office directly for the convenience of your patient. To have one of ACE’s friendly and helpful patient service specialists schedule an appointment for one of your patients, please call (661) 215-1006.

You may also complete our REFERRAL FORM and fax it to (661) 324-1172.

If you are referring from a school, please use our SCHOOL EYE DOCTOR REFERRAL FORM.

Or you can email us the referral information to our encryption-secured inbox at referrals@acecares.org. Prior to sending any PHI, please send us an unencrypted message to request our public PGP encryption key.

Remember, your referrals help us in our mission to make high-quality eye care accessible to all children, adults, and seniors. Thank you for your support!
