My son is a very quiet boy, speaks minimal when it comes to new people, but the doctor and emdical assistant were really attentive and really nice people. They were really patient with him. The were also cheering him on when he gets the letters correct durinf the exam. So, overall experience is very good, highly recommend this place! read less

She definitely goes above and beyond and takes her time with you during the appointment. She has helped me so much during my vision issue journey, and I appreciate her so much. My son hates going to the doctor and is scared to get drops in his eyes. Gabriel made everthing run so smooth he started talking to my son about video games and just knew how to do his job. I was amazed, i thought i got lucky then Ramiro came and he was really patient and knew how to talk to kids as well! So while waiting for the doctor, I was still a little nervous I wasnt sure how my son would react. Then this amazing Girl doctor comes in that is also amazing! This place is just full of good staff! She prescribed me some eye drops and gave me a prescription for getting new lenses for my frames that I have. I didn't have a long wait to see a Dr....yay! I didn't see any frames that I liked at they're office but I can go to target where I got them a couple of years ago and they were having a sale. Maybe I'll get lucky and get a good price again, this time just lenses for my own frames. I recommend to all people, but it is a place that takes medi-Cal as well. read less

With all the people served (and sometimes their kids) the place is very clean, appointments are relatively on time, the medical staff and assisting staff are very pleasant and professional. I am 80 and disabled and never found anyone impatient or unkind. I was amazed at your ability to handle the large number of patients (and family) you care for so efficiently and with little drama. I am very satisfied with ACE. The surgery center facility is another matter (too small !!!) though the staff and professionals were very good. read less

Their office is super clean and their staff was all very friendly and helpful. I think I barely waited 15 minutes before they brought me in to see the doctor. Dr. Cheung was fantastic and it only took him a few minutes to figure out that I have a slight astigmatism in one eye. He wrote me a prescription for glasses and I was able to fill right there at ACE where they have a pretty decent selection of affordable frames. I was so happy with the experience that I made appointments for my kids, since they haven’t seen an actual eye doctor ever... better safe than sorry! read less
